Happy Tuesday friends!
Pumpkin pumpkin pumpkin...... that's ALL anyone's talking about this season eh? I am super into it. Pumpkin has been one of my uber faves for several years now, and I love trying new things with it!
Hence, the pumpkin tie in with my popsicle obsession. Obviously, these aren't the perfect boozy wedding pops for next summer, but after making pumpkin cheesecake for Canadian Thanksgiving, it was a dream I knew I had to pursue. They are rockin!
Here is how I made them. Screw the healthy fat free yogurt crap. Go all out with these and treat yo-self!
1 can pumpkin puree (not pie mix, just straight pumpkin)
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
3 cups greek vanilla yogurt (I like Greek Gods honey vanilla)
2 teaspoons sugar
Blend together in a blender and pour into 10 popsicle molds
Freeze overnight, and enjoy!
These were super dense and filling, just like a piece of pumpkin cheesecake. :)
